Cara Colvard Pope, MD, FAAP

​

Dr. Pope received her B.S. in Chemistry from Shorter University in Rome, GA, in 2010 and her MD from the University of Alabama School of Medicine in 2014.  She completed a residency in pediatrics at the University of Louisville (Norton Children’s Hospital) in 2017 and joined Infants’ & Children’s Clinic in 2017.  She is Board Certified by the American Academy of Pediatrics and participates in Maintenance of Certification.  Dr. Pope and her husband, Caleb, have three children -- Elizabeth, Amelia, and Clark. In her free time, she enjoys camping, hiking, and reading.
