We now use Clearwave Kiosk and mobile check-in service in our office.
Our kiosks will allow for patients to check in for their appointments.
With this service, we also have the ability to send text reminders.
Pre-Register Before Your Visit and Streamline Your Arrival!

CHOOSE
Before your procedure, you will receive both an email and a text message. Please, choose one to confirm your appointment and finish up to 90% of your registration with Pre-Registration.

CONFIRM
Once you have completed Pre-Registration, you will see a "Pre-Registration Successful" screen. Please, make sure to complete all fields during Pre-Registration. If not, you will be asked the same questions during your check-in.

CHECK-IN
Please check in at the time of arrival on any Clearwave Connect device.
* If you completed Pre-Registration, your check-in will be expedited.
